When can I expect my order? Your order will be carefully prepared and packaged for shipment from our studio within 2 business days. In-transit time for your order will depend on its final destination. We use USPS services to ship all our orders. You will be provided with tracking number via email. We recommend for you to keep tracking information for your records until your order is received. It will allow you to conveniently track your package on www.USPS.com website. What is your return policy? We will gladly accept any returns that meet following conditions:
  • Unopened, unused items can be returned for full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Unopened, unused items will be replaced with items of your choice (less any shipping charges) if returned after 7 business days of delivery. New shipping charges will apply.
  • After 14 business days any returns are not applicable.
  • In order to process your return we will need Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please email us prior to returning your items to obtain RAN and necessary instructions.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do? We strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as possible. Damage must be reported to Marmalade Hills via email no later than 48 hours of delivery. You will be provided with Damage Authorization Number (DAN). Please retain all damaged packaging and items for return of merchandise. Arrangements for replacement of damaged goods will take place as soon as damage is reported and verified. Please Note: Marmalade Hills products have high content of natural butters, oils and waxes which makes them temperature sensitive. Melted items like lip balms, hard lotions and body butters are not replaceable under our Damage Return Policy. What type of payments do you except? We accept all major credit cards on our website through PayPal system. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. What is your privacy policy? We highly respect privacy of our customers. Under no circumstances we will sell, rent or trade our clients´ personal information, unless required to do so by law. We collect only information that you choose to provide. From time-to-time we may offer special promotions or discounts to those customers who have chosen to be on our mailing list. Do you offer complimentary gift packaging? We would gladly provide complimentary gift wrapping for our customers. If you would like us to include a note card for your special person, please email us with your text and don´t forget to mention the reason for your wonderful gift!
